Apax-backed Oncourse Home Solutions, a company that offer a range of protection plans, covering costs for repairs, maintenance, and improvements, completed the acquisition of appliance service plan business from CMS Energy-backed Consumer Energy, an investor owned utility that provides natural gas and electricity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
