Rhone Energies completed the acquisition of Fos-Sur-Mer refinery from ExxonMobil for $130m.

Rhone Energies, a consortium between oil and commodities trader Trafigura and Entara, completed the acquisition of Fos-Sur-Mer refinery from ExxonMobil, an international petroleum and petrochemical company, for $130m. “We are delighted that the acquisition process has been successfully finalised.
