Core & Main completed the acquisition of Geothermal Supply.

Core & Main, a specialized distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services, completed the acquisition of Geothermal Supply, a distributor and fabricator of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and other related products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Core & Main provides solutions to municipalities, private water companies and professional contractors across municipal, non-residential and residential end markets, nationwide. With more than 350 locations across the US, the company provides its customers local expertise backed by a national supply chain.
