Magnesium Capital-backed SCADA International completed the acquisition of Quantec Systems.

Magnesium Capital-backed SCADA International, a mission-critical software and control systems services provider, completed the acquisition of Quantec Systems, a renewable energy software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There is no doubt that our main customers in the industry expect us to deliver solutions across the entire value chain.
