Valedo Partners-backed SmartCraft completed the acquisition of Locka.

Valedo Partners-backed SmartCraft, a software company, completed the acquisition of Locka, a SaaS company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have added 10 software companies into the SmartCraft family through acquisitions over the past seven years, integrating them successfully whilst simultaneously realizing synergies.
