Delmas Investissements et Participations to acquire a majority stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone Partners.

Delmas Investissements et Participations, an industrial holding company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Acces Industrie, an aerial work platforms and handling equipment rental company, from Equistone Partners, a London-based independent investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We congratulate the management team and Equistone for the superb growth Acces Industrie has achieved in recent years.
