Victory Capital, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of Amundi US, a company that offers a broad range of fixed income, equity and multi-asset investment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic relationship accelerates the globalization of our firm through a new global distribution channel.
