NVM Private Equity led a MBO of MRO+ Solutions from Cairngorm Capital Partners.

NVM Private Equity, a generalist investor, led a MBO of MRO+ Solutions, a highly technical, value-added distributor of critical products to a range of process and manufacturing industries, from Cairngorm Capital Partners, an investment company.
