Affinity Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire SK Rent-a-Car, a car rental company, from SK Networks, a corporation with a wide span of businesses including mobility, home appliances, blockchain, for $610m. SK Networks will likely spend the raised funds on the AI business as the company has selected this as its major business focus.
