CCMP Growth Advisors-backed Omnia Exterior Solutions completed the acquisition of Brandon J Roofing.

CCMP Growth Advisors-backed Omnia Exterior Solutions, a national provider of residential roofing solutions and exterior remodeling services, completed the acquisition of Brandon J Roofing, a residential roofing and siding replacement contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to add Brandon J Roofing to our growing list of partners.
