Lundbeck Foundation to acquire a minority stake in WS Audiology from T&W Medical.

Lundbeck Foundation, an enterprise foundation encompassing a comprehensive range of enterprise and philanthropic activities, agreed to acquire a minority stake in WS Audiology, a manufacturer of hearing aids, from T&W Medical, an investment firm.
