The Sterling Group completed the acquisition of Russell Landscape Group.

The Sterling Group, an operationally focused middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Russell Landscape Group, a family-owned provider of full-service landscape maintenance, installation, and design services to commercial end markets throughout the Southeast region. Financial terms were not disclosed.
