Descartes completed the acquisition of ASD for $61m.

Descartes, a Canadian multinational technology company, completed the acquisition of Aerospace Software Developments, a provider of customs and regulatory compliance solutions, for $61m. "As customers increasingly look to cover more business processes with one provider, we continue to add solutions to the GLN for them to do so.
