Embracer completed the spin-off of Asmodee in a SEK27bn deal.

Embracer, a global group of entrepreneurial businesses in the gaming and entertainment industry, completed the spin-off of Asmodee, a publisher of board, card and role-playing games, in a SEK27bn deal. In the spin-off, on 7 February 2025, trading in the class B shares of the Asmodee commenced on Nasdaq Stockholm.
