Serris Reim, an investment company, completed the acquisition of an office building in Palma de Mallorca from Ibervalles, a Spanish real estate investment company, for €18m. “The divestment of the Reina Constanza building represents another step in our short- and medium-term asset rotation strategy,” Javier Isidro Mosquera , Ibervalles CEO.
