Teylor, an alternative credit platform, completed the acquisition of Creditshelf, a German SME financing platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By taking over creditshelf, we are leveraging enormous synergies in our lending business, as we are serving a new market segment with new products, adopting a complementary technology platform and gaining highly qualified experts with many years of industry experience.
