Charme Capital, a mid-market private equity fund, completed the acquisition of a 56% stake in Animalia, a provider of veterinary care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The investment of Charme IV in Animalia is fully consistent with the Charme Funds’ strategy to invest, in partnership with the respective founders and managers, in excellent entrepreneurial companies with strong growth potential.
