Innoflame, offering internal e-commerce solutions for companies, completed the acquisition of Loihe Oy, a Finnish company that specializes in providing logo-branded gift and promotional products, as well as company textiles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction is a natural part of Loihe’s growth story. Our strategic goal has always been to grow large enough so that a focus on responsibility and domestic origin would truly matter in the market,” Stenka Heino, Loihe Oy CEO.
