CC Industries completed the acquisition of Foremark from SK Capital.

CC Industries, a privately-held management company for the operating assets of the Crown Family, completed the acquisition of Foremark, a company that manufactures natural gas sweetening applications and formalin manufacturing for chemical intermediates, from SK Capital, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SK Capital is privileged to have partnered with Randy Owens and the entire Foremark team.
