Vinci Partners Investments completed the acquisition of MAV Capital.

Vinci Partners Investments, an alternative investment platform, completed the acquisition of MAV Capital, an alternative asset manager focused on the agribusiness segment in Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to announce the closing of the acquisition of MAV Capital.
