Wren House, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of 33.62% stake in Petit Forestier Group, a refrigeration rental company, from Sofina, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For our family-owned group, this agreement marks a new step in our ambition to become the world leader of sustainable refrigerated rentals.
