BabySam, a Danish retailer, completed the acquisition of BabyWorld, a Swedish privately owned baby equipment chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are taking our first steps in creating a Nordic market leader in the segment," Kenneth Nørgaard, Babysam CEO.
