Europa Group-backed Philia Medical completed the acquisition of French healthcare business from Wilmington for €26m.

Europa Group-backed Philia Medical, a company that provides book publishing services, completed the acquisition of French healthcare business from Wilmington, a provider of data, information, education and training, for €26m ($28m).
