Jack's Abby Craft Lagers to acquire Wormtown Brewing.

Jack's Abby Craft Lagers, a craft brewery, bar, and restaurant, agreed to acquire Wormtown Brewing, a brewery and local mainstay. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The pandemic put unimaginable pressures onto Massachusetts breweries which have been compounded by the ensuing supply chain instability, record high inflation, employee shortages and a ton of other challenges for small to midsize brewers.
