TPG to acquire a majority stake in Yellow Hive from IK Partners.

TPG, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Yellow Hive, a Dutch insurance distribution platform, from IK Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction will allow IK, Yellow Hive founders, and the management team to continue supporting the business over their next ownership cycle, with the benefit of fresh capital to execute on a pipeline of opportunities," Sander van Vreumingen, IK Partners Partner.
