Gulfeagle Supply to acquire Elite Roofing Supply.

Gulfeagle Supply, a distributor of roofing supplies and building products, agreed to acquire Elite Roofing Supply, a roofing distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Elite is a top-notch organization with a quality management team, and we are so excited to have them join our team.
