UMB Financial completed the acquisition of Heartland Financial USA for $2bn.

UMB Financial, an American financial services holding company, completed the acquisition of Heartland Financial USA, a Denver, Colorado-based bank holding company, for $2bn deal. “Today is a monumental day for our organization as we welcome HTLF customers and associates to UMB.
