The Riverside Company completed the acquisition of The Townsend Group from Aon.

A consortium led by The Riverside Company, a company that offers private equity investment services, completed the acquisition of The Townsend Group, a provider of global real estate and real asset investment advisory services, from Aon, a professional services provider.
