Northrim Horizon to acquire All Pro Security.

Northrim Horizon, a private equity firm that acquires profitable business services, software and tech-enabled services, and healthcare, agreed to acquire All Pro Security, a provider security guard services that protects business, individuals and government facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
