KKR to acquire a minority stake in Pacific Generation from PG&E.

KKR, a global investment firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Pacific Generation from PG&E, one of the largest combined natural gas and electric utilities in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe an investment from KKR would immediately enhance our financial position as we continue our pursuit of a clean energy future," Carolyn Burke, PG&E CFO.
