Norton Lilly International to acquire a 70% stake in S5 Agency World from First Dutch.

Norton Lilly International, a maritime logistics agency, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in S5 Agency World, a global shipping agency services and hub solutions provider, from First Dutch, a family of companies active in energy, health and technology markets.
