Latour Capital and Fimalac to acquire a 60% stake in SYSTRA from SNCF and RATP.

Synopsis

Latour Capital, an investment company, and Fimalac, a holding company focusing on credit rating and risk management companies, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in SYSTRA, an engineering and consultancy group, from SNCF, a travel and logistics service provider company, and RATP, a public transport company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The participation of LATOUR CAPITALFIMALAC in SYSTRA's capital would be very good news for the Group. It would mark a new stage in the growth trajectory of SYSTRA, which has been putting its expertise at the service of populations and regions and for over 65 years. For several years we have been committed to a vigorous development plan in the very dynamic transport engineering market. The support of the new shareholders, alongside our historic shareholders SNCF and RATP, would enable us to move forward more quickly and more securely to make SYSTRA an undisputed world champion in its category," Pierre Verzat, SYSTRA Chief Executive Officer.
