Polaris completed the acquisition of Vinnergi from Sobro.

Polaris, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Vinnergi, a Swedish engineering consultancy and solutions provider, from Sobro, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vinnergi has shown impressive results in recent years, and with its unique culture, dedicated employees, strong customer relationships, combined with a structurally growing market, we believe there is a strong platform to build on, with several exciting growth opportunities ahead.
