Ensign-Bickford Industries completed the acquisition of Accratronics Seals from Livingstone.

Ensign-Bickford Industries, a manufacturer of hardware and energetic systems for use in spacecraft, military, and industrial applications, completed the acquisition of Accratronics Seals, a manufacturer of consumable glass-to-metal hermetically-sealed connectors and precision machined components, from Livingstone, an investment bank in Chicago, Illinois.
