Danone completed the acquisition of Functional Formularies from Swander Pace Capital.

Danone, a French multinational food-products corporation, completed the acquisition of Functional Formularies, a provider of organic, whole food, shelf-stable feeding tube formulas, from Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm.
