Distribution Solutions Group-backed Lawson Products completed the acquisition of S&S Automotive.

Distribution Solutions Group-backed Lawson Products, a company offering vendor-managed inventory services and online purchasing, completed the acquisition of S&S Automotive, a company providing assembly and installation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Similar to Lawson’s Kent Automotive business, S&S Automotive is an industry-leading distributor in the automotive dealership market.
