EnerSys, a stored energy solutions provider for industrial applications, completed the acquisition of Bren-Tronics, a manufacturer of portable power solutions, for $208m. “We are very pleased to have closed this important transaction and can officially welcome Bren-Tronics to the EnerSys family.
