Shutterstock to acquire Envato Elements for $245m.

Shutterstock, a creative platform offering high-quality creative content for transformative brands, digital media and marketing companies, agreed to acquire Envato Elements, a subscription service offering unlimited downloads of digital assets such as graphic templates, web themes, photos, for $245m.
