PAI Partners to acquire a 67% stake in Vamed's rehabilitation business from Fresenius.

PAI Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 67% stake in Vamed's rehabilitation business from Fresenius, a European multinational health care company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vamed’s rehabilitation business is a European leader, providing essential rehabilitation services with a strong reputation for delivering quality care.
