Waste Connections completed the acquisition of Pioneer Recycling Services from Delos Capital and Silverfern Group.

Waste Connections, an integrated waste services company, completed the acquisition of Pioneer Recycling Services, a co-mingled residential recycling firm, from Delos Capital, a lower-middle market private equity investment firm, and Silverfern Group, a global middle-market investment management firm.
