Hodgdon Powder completed the acquisition of RCBS Reloading.

Hodgdon Powder, a distributor of smokeless powder for the ammunition industry, completed the acquisition of RCBS Reloading, a producer of high-quality reloading equipment and reloading supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition of RCBS, the leading brand in metallic reloading tools, is a perfect complement to our portfolio of smokeless powder brands for our handloading customers.
