Edison Chouest Offshore completed the acquisition of ROVOP from Bluewater.

Edison Chouest Offshore, an operator of over 200 offshore vessels, completed the acquisition of ROVOP, a global robotics specialists with a technologically advanced fleet of subsea ROVs, from Bluewater, a private equity firm.
