Convotis, a provider of digital platform and managed services intended to automate business processes, completed the acquisition of Swiss Cloud Computing, a cloud provider, specializing in the provision of automated cloud services for SMEs, independent software vendors, and ICT resellers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of swiss cloud computing, we are not only expanding our range of cloud services but also significantly strengthening our position in Switzerland.
