Mynavi, a company that provides a wide range of human resource services, completed the acquisition of Awign, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Awign has developed a business in which it operates a platform for workers who take on one-off jobs, controlling the progress and quality of projects commissioned by clients to provide high-quality deliverables," Mynavi.
