Centuria completed the acquisition of Katunga Fresh Glasshouse.

Centuria Capital, an ASX-listed investment manager specialising in property and investment bonds, completed the acquisition of Katunga Fresh Glasshouse, a 21-hectare glasshouse facility in Katunga. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Katunga facility is a high-quality precision farming asset, which aligns perfectly with our investment strategies and is backed by a strong tenant covenant,” Jason Huljich, Centuria joint-CEO.
