Transom Capital-backed HALO Dream, a designer, developer, marketer and distributor of infant accessories and apparel, completed the acquisition of BreathableBaby, an innovative designer and manufacturer of juvenile safe sleep products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The BreathableBaby brand is an industry leader with significant potential for growth.
