Foundation Partners and Deer Capital completed the acquisition of Hartford Care for £100m.

Foundation Partners, an operational real estate investment firm, and Deer Capital, a growth oriented private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hartford Care, a nursing and care home, for £100m. “We are delighted with this initial transaction as part of our exciting joint venture with Deer Capital as we share the same values and beliefs as Kevin and his team.
