Schueco International to acquire a minority stake in Skyline Windows.

Schueco International, a $2B+ global expert in windows, doors and façade solutions, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Skyline Windows, a window supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With four generations and more than 150 years’ worth of management experience, the Skyline team will apply their systems and processes on day one to lead our US operations forward,” Andreas Engelhardt, Schueco International CEO.
