Monomoy, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Southern Exteriors, a full-service installer of exterior building solutions tailored primarily for single-family homebuilders, from Halifax, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Over our partnership, we developed a strategic plan to grow the business from its already outstanding foundation.
