Mauser Packaging Solutions-backed BWAY Corporation completed the acquisition of Taenza.

Mauser Packaging Solutions-backed BWAY Corporation, a packaging solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Taenza, a manufacturer of tin-steel general line, sanitary, and aerosol cans, and steel pails. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are happy to welcome Taenza to our Mauser family.
